FOS is a project that is based on a highly-consumed product -sunglasses- and aims to work towards a waste-free future through education and product design, providing a space where the transition from passive to active consumer can be promoted. A pair of single-material glasses is made from waste plastic from the local industry, designed so as not to become a waste management problem at the end of its lifecycle, and produced by the user during a workshop, creating a unique and customisable pair of glasses.

Marc Benito Padró and Aniol López Pradas are ESFÉRICA, an organisation that since 2014 has been offering activities in universities, schools and associations interested in a shift in our consumption society model. They also design and develop products that serve as an example of everything they teach at the workshops.
